As the pollution rises to the surface It gave us tension, gave us purpose To wade through the shit we made And sort it out She said I'm sorry that I scare you when I shout I said don't worry, I'm sorry I hit that dirty cigarette out Of your beautiful Scorched mouth Chorus: So don't hold me back When I jump into the Yarra I'm gonna swing across this gorge Supported by witty lyrics and shitty chords And I've built bridges I shouldn't have And I've burnt the ones I should have And I've got everything I shouldn't have And you've got my back, you shouldn't have And she says that you couldn't have Done what you did But you did it anyway And it's clear you'll never change Chorus: So don't hold me back When I jump into the Yarra I'm gonna swing across this gorge Supported by witty lyrics and shitty chords Change verse So I sat I up in my shitty single bed Surrounded by those who have passed out and may as well be dead And I said if I died right now, this is not where I want to be found I wanna be next to you in your low lit underground bedroom Where the air stinks of self worth decay It's such a shame I couldn't think of anything better to say And though we don't drink from the bottom of the bottle We'll still sink into the bay Bridge: And all my songs they sound the same Cause all my chords they never change x3 And though I may not look the same, I haven't changed, no matter what I might say Chorus: So don't hold me back When I jump into the Yarra I'm gonna swing across this gorge Supported by witty lyrics and shitty metaphors So don't have my back Though I'm going through anxiety and panic attacks And I don't know what for But I've found support in my witty lyrics My shitty chords My cliche metaphors So watch me fall

Oh ooh oohs x4 I love myself I love myself, it's everyone else that seems to have a problem with that And I hate my wealth I hate my wealth but I'm far to self righteous to be responsible with it And you're the talk of the town And I'm the talk of a man with three bottles down So get the hell out of town And keep your smug ass smile pointed to the ground Chorus: I love myself more then anyone else in this room x2 I love myself, so you know I belong I'm your millennial baby, so I can do nothing wrong Oh ooh ooh's x4 And we all smoke We all choke laugh at self destructive jokes But our lungs, they don't Thank us because deep down we know You either die young Or live too long Or just steal lines from Jeff Rosenstock songs And you either live your life between the rips of bongs Or sing out your life out in rip off songs Chorus: I love myself more then anyone else in this room x2 I love myself more then anyone else I'm your millennial baby, so I know that I'm top shelf I love myself more then anyone else in this room x2 I love myself, so you know I belong I'm your millennial baby, so I can do nothing wrong Bridge: And if we burn out quicker then before Our light, it flickers at the door At the ends of cigarettes, and the spark of life long bets That we'll never pay back x2 I'll get my payback We'll get our pay back Chorus: I love myself more then anyone else in this room x2 I love myself more then anyone else I'm your millennial baby, so I know that I'm top shelf I love myself more then anyone else in this room x2 I love myself, so you know I belong I'm your millennial baby, so I can do nothing wrong

I wanna live my life like I feel important x3 I'm gonna waste my time sipping wine imported I'm gonna lay right here and talk about it I'm gonna hold your beer and pretend I downed it I've kept my conscious clear, but soon I'll drown it Can you sense the fear in the ones around us To keep holding on I wanna live my life like a feel important Momentary strife doused with sub-ordinance Well I came tonight on an aborted pretence This back alley's fine Don't wanna die and the time ain't right for me too drink Not getting high on a payment plan from Centrelink It's cross the road, don't look, don't laugh, don't stop, don't think Just get back on time Chorus: I'm gonna live my life like there's NOTHING BETTER! x4 I'm gonna sit right here and down a bottle Of watered down specks of beer, as your attention fondles My inner ear, and it's clear that this night's full throttle Chorus: I'm gonna live my life like there's NOTHING BETTER! x4 Oooh's Chorus: I'm gonna live my life like there's NOTHING BETTER! x3 I'm gonna live my life like it's NOT ALREADY FUCKED!!

about

A couple years ago I planned to record an Ep entitled 'Humble'. I'd recorded three of the five songs for the project, and they were mixed an almost ready for release. Over time, I forgot about the project and the Ep was never completed. Then Kendrick Lamar released HUMBLE, telling me that maybe it would be better to scrap the project and focus on the future.

Today is my 18th Birthday, and I feel like these songs show the way I've changed after moving to Melbourne. I may not fully connect with the message of the music now, but that doesn't mean I never did. I've released this as a little thank you to everyone who's supported me and my music over the past few years. I honestly don't think I would have continued to create the music I have if it wasn't for all of your love and support.

I love every single one of you.

Love, Callum
